Privacy information.
Account and application data
Aplyna stores your name, email, account preferences, workspace memberships, application settings, authored flows and audit records to provide the service. Passwords, sessions and SDK keys are stored as hashes. Store API credentials supplied by an administrator are encrypted.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Aplyna requests your basic identity, name and verified email address. Your Google account identifier links that identity to your Aplyna account. Access is used for authentication and account management. Google access tokens are not retained after sign-in. Linking an existing password account requires signing in to that account first.
Analytics and subscriptions
Connected apps may send pseudonymous installation identifiers, event names, timestamps and event properties. Aplyna uses this information for the application's reports and flow operation. Configured store integrations may also process purchase and subscription records to determine customer access. App developers control which events they collect and must provide appropriate notice and consent. Do not send sensitive personal information in event properties.
Hosting and access
The web application is hosted by Vercel. The account and subscription databases and analytics services run on Google Cloud in Belgium. Web requests, authentication and infrastructure logs may be processed by these providers in other locations. Workspace membership and application scope control access to your data. Aplyna does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Retention and requests
Account records and application data remain stored during the pilot until removed by an authorized administrator or following a verified request. Exported event records have a 400-day retention period; operational backups retain recent copies. Account deletion and data requests are currently handled manually. Contact the pilot operator at mondegeographie@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, deletion or removal of a Google connection.
This page describes the current pilot. Commercial processor terms and the operating entity's full public details must be finalized before a general commercial launch.
